Refined Sugar-Free Cake Mix

Ingredients: Raw buckwheat flour, whole grain rice flour, carob flour, white mulberry powder, salt

Ingredients

For a medium (16 cm) cake pan;

• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup (75 ml) vegetable oil
• 4 tablespoons (40 ml) warm water
• 1 packet baking powder
• 1 packet vanilla
• 160 g Gluten-Free Refined Sugar-Free Cake Mix

Instructions

1. Beat the eggs with a mixer for about 4–6 minutes
2. Add the warm water and oil, and mix for about 2 minutes
3. Add the Gluten-Free Refined Sugar-Free Cake Mix and mix in the same direction with a hand mixer, then pour into a greased pan
4. If desired, you can also use 1 teaspoon of lemon juice mixed with 1 teaspoon of baking powder as an alternative to baking powder
